Bbbbrrr!!! its cold here this morning......
But no time for that......
I thought i would show you a bigger picture of head office..... oh ok the corner of my bedroom that i blog from ,you can just see my screen in the right hand corner.

Do you like my lamp? i bought the rose wreath for £5 in the sale from an online shop (i know another £5 bargain,i do spend more the £5 sometimes hehe ) and wasn't sure were to put it so i ended up popping it there so it wouldn't get damaged...i decided i liked it so i added some faux leaves to the stem of the lamp and fixed it in place with Grandma's sparkly brooch,the pictures on the wall are by Strevens and i have seen the small one on Ebay at the moment,they really are pretty!
Zooming in to the bride and groom i picked up in a charity shop (no not for £5 ) i love the colors of their outfits and how they are gazing at each other.... the girl on the right with the poodle was my Grandma's and i have adored forever,i actually used to take that poor little poodle in the bath when i was little and throw it up in the air,then splash!!! can you imagine? my mum must have loved me! she finally let me have her a few years ago,well gave in after i begged for about ten years hehe. Click on her picture and look at her face and blushed cheeks she is such a cutie!
The pink brooch was bought by mum for me for Christmas and i love the rhinestone buttons laid there as they sparkle when i turn on the lamp.

Its really cosy come night time.

Mirror Make Over!

Hey Blogettes,

It has been so cold here in the UK and with schools closed the festivities carried on in our house,eating all the scrummy Christmas food that was left in the cupboards,watching movies with the fire crackling... it was heavenly spending time relaxing with family and because of the snow (thank you) no where to go and nothing to do.

Now all that is over i really wish i was sat here on the end of my deck next to my little pond listening to the water babble with some sewing to while away the hours.......it won't be long now though will it girls?
I was looking through my pictures and found this mirror i picked up last year for £5 and the make over i had done on it,so here it is as i found it...... click on any pic for a better view
Undercoated and two coats of F and B Slipper satin white.....
Then with raised moldings picked out in antique white.......
For £5 and a few hours work with paint i had left over i was a very happy Blogette!
